At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at 88 Lower Tower Street, Birmingham, B19 3NL on 29 November 2018, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Fender (IP No. 6898) of Sanderlings Accountancy Services Limited, Sanderling House, Springbrook Lane, Earlswood, Solihull, B94 5SG be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding up.”

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 29 November 2018 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Andrew Fender as liquidator.
