A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Unit 14, Astley House, Albert Street, Burnley BB11 3DE, presented on 6 April 2017 by BURNLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL, of Town Hall, Manchester Road, Burnley, Lancs BB11 1JA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company of will be heard at Manchester District Registry, Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on 30 May 2017 at 10:00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
