"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Roach (IP No. 9231) of Quantuma LLP, Bath House, 6-8 Bath Street, Bristol, BS1 6HL and Andrew Watling (IP No. 15910) of Quantuma LLP, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
