"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Natalie Hughes (IP No. 14336) of Simply Corporate Limited, Ribble Court, 1 Mead Way, Padiham, BB12 7NG be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."

Note - Creditors ratified the appointment of Natalie Hughes of Simply Corporate Ltd as Liquidator via deemed consent on 13th October 2020.
