This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Engin Faik, of Cornerstone Business Turnaround and Recovery Limited, 136 Hertford Road, Enfield, EN3 5AX.

A virtual meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

- That the Liquidator be authorised to draw remuneration not exceeding ÂŁ34,548.50 as set out in the fees estimate which are available;

- That as Liquidator, I be authorised to recover all Category 2 disbursements, calculated on the bases detailed in Cornerstone Business Turnaround & recovery Limited’s summary.
