At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at: Purnells, 5&6 Waterside Court, Albany Street, Newport, South Wales, NP20 5 NT On 09/03/2017

The following Resolutions were duly passed, number 1 as a Special Resolution and number 2 as an Ordinary Resolution:-

1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind-up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that:-

2.Leigh Holmes (IP Number 9390) and Susan Purnell (IP Number 9386) of Purnells, 5&6 Waterside Court, Albany Street, Newport, South Wales, NP20 5NT be and hereby nominated Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the winding up.
