A Petition to wind up BROWNING DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED (NI028007) of Unit 32, 226 City Business Park, Dunmurry, Belfast BT17 9HY, whose nature of business is 4521, presented on Monday 02 March 2020, at 15:44 by DPARTMENT OF FINANCE, LAND AND PROPERTY SERVICES, of 3rd Floor, Landon Plaza, Lanyon Place, Belfast BT1 3LP claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Chichester Street, Belfast, BT1 3JE, on Thursday 10 February 2022, at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
