At a General meeting of the members of Brookway Solutions Limited held on 15 August 2018 the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Stanley (IP No. 008123) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 340 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4LY be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
