Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare a first dividend to unsecured creditors herein within a period of two months from the last date of proving. Creditors of the above named Company, who have not already proved their debt are required, on or before 27th January 2017, the last day for proving to send their names and addresses and to submit their Proof of Debt to N Henry (IP No 8622) and M Simister (IP No 9028), who were appointed Joint Liquidators of the said Company on 17th November 2011, to Lines Henry Limited, 5 Tabley Court, Victoria Street, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 1EZ and, if so requested by the Joint Liquidators, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that they have not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend before their debt was proved.
