A Petition to wind up the above named company of 52 Brooks Mews, Second Floor, London, W1K 4EE presented on 23 September 2021 by Pegasi Limited c/o Pegasi Management Company Limited, 207 Sloane Street, London, SW1X 9QX claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at The Business and Property Courts in Leeds, High Court of Justice, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on 14 December 2021 at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on 13 December 2021.
