"That the Company be wound up voluntarily; and that John Edmund Paylor and Sajid Sattar of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham, B1 1QH, be appointed joint liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up; and that the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation"
