A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Brooke Homes (Bicester) Limited (09351015) of 260-270 Butterfield, Great Marlings, Luton LU2 8DL, whose nature of business is Development of building projects, presented on Wednesday 10 August 2022, at 12:36 by DESIMAN LIMITED & DESIMAN 2 LIMITED, of Kingsridge House, 601 London Road, Westcliff-on-sea SS0 9PE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business & Insolvency Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 21 September 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
