“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alan Brian Coleman,(IP No. 009402) of Royce Peeling Green Limited, The Copper Room, Deva Centre, Trinity Way, Manchester M3 7BG and Julie Webster,(IP No. 017850) of Royce Peeling Green Limited, The Copper Room, Deva Centre, Trinity Way, Manchester M3 7BG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally.”
