“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth Bishop (IP No. 17870) and Simon Barriball (IP no. 11950) of Company Liquidations Limited, 10 St Helens Road, Swansea, SA1 4AW, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
