We, Henry Lan (IP No. 8188) and David Rubin (IP No. 2591) both of David Rubin & Partners, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London N12 8LY were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above-named Company on 26 October 2020 by a resolution of the members.

At a subsequent meeting of creditors held shortly afterwards, creditors voted for the appointment of Henry Lan and David Rubin of David Rubin & Partners together with Adam Harris (IP No: 15454) and Michael Pallott (IP No: 23650) of Mazars LLP, Tower Bridge House, St Katharines Way, London, E1W 1DD be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the above named Company.

Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company are required on or before the 30 November 2020 to send in their names and addresses with particulars of their Debts or Claims to the Liquidators or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
