“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Stephen Katz and Paul Cooper, both of David Rubin & Partners, 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE, (IP Nos. 8681 and 15452) be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
