Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 27 August 2024 as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

a) "That the Company be wound up voluntarily"

b) "That Matthew Hoy of TruSolv Ltd, Grove House, Meridians Cross, Ocean Village, Southampton, Hampshire, SO14 3TJ and Gareth David Rusling of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 3rd Floor, Westfield House, 60 Charter Row, Sheffield, S1 3FZ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."

c) That the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.
