At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 18 St Swithin’s Lane, London, EC4N 8AD on 20 July 2016, the following resolutions were passed as Special Resolutions:

1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to divide all or such part of the surplus assets of the Company as he shall think fit in specie amongst the members of the Company.
