At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 21 Station Road, Bolsover, Chesterfield S44 6BE on 22 June 2017 at 8.00 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Ninos Koumettou (IP No 002240) of Alexander Lawson Jacobs, 1 Kings Avenue, Winchmore Hill, London N21 3NA be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”

This appointment was subsequently confirmed by the creditors on 4 July 2017.
