In accordance with Rule 7.59 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Laurence Russell (IP No. 9199) and Daniel James (IP No. 26292) both of Albert Goodman LLP, Goodwood House, Blackbrook Park Avenue, Taunton, Somerset TA1 2PX were appointed joint liquidators of the above company by the members and creditors on 29 June 2022.

In accordance with Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that creditors of the above company are required, on or before 5 August 2022, to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors, if any, to the undersigned, Daniel James, the joint liquidator of the company, at Albert Goodman LLP, Goodwood House, Blackbrook Park Avenue, Taunton, Somerset TA1 2PX and, if so required by notice in writing from the said joint liquidator, by their solicitors or personally, to come in and prove their said claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
