Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 16 June 2017 as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively: "That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that the winding up be a Members' Voluntary Winding up and that Graham Lindsay Down (IP No. 6600) of Burton Sweet Corporate Recovery, First Floor, 141 Whiteladies Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2QB be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the Company for the purposes of such winding up and that the Liquidator be at liberty to distribute any of the Company's assets in specie."
