At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Broadmeadow House, Sudbury Road, Bures, St Mary, Suffolk, CO8 5JT on 25 October 2018, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) of CVR Global LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD and Richard Toone (IP No. 9146) of CVR Global LLP, New Fetter Place West, 55 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1AA are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Liquidator may be done by one of them."
