Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that I, Elliot Harry Green (IP Number 9260) of Oliver Elliot, Moda Business Centre, Stirling Way, Borehamwood, WD6 2BW being the Liquidator of the above named Company intends to declare a final dividend in the above matter within 2 months from the last date for proving mentioned below.

All creditors of the above named Company are required, on or before 30 November 2021, which is the last date for proving, to prove their debt by sending to me, the Liquidator, a written statement of the amount they claim to be due from the Company, and if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary, or in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any dividend declared before such debt is proved.

A creditor who has not proved his debt is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in the dividend, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt is proved.
