A petition to wind up the above named company (Registered Number 08827675) of Wessex House, Teign Road, Newton Abbot, Devon TQ12 4AA presented on 29 October 2018 by FINNING (UK) LTD of Watling Road, Cannock, Staffordshire WS11 8LL claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at Torquay & Newton Abbot County Court, The Willows, Nicholson Road, Torquay TQ2 7AZ, on 4 January 2019 at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
