Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Schedule 2 Rule 5 (3) of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the Liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company's creditors under Schedule 2 Rule 5 (2) for the purpose of determining the basis of the Liquidators remuneration. The meeting will be held at 142-148 Main Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6NZ on 8 February 2018 at 3.00 pm.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proxies with the Lqiuidator at 142-148 Main Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6NZ by no later than 4 pm on the business day prior to the day of the meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if this has not previously been submitted).
