Notice is hereby given that on 19 July 2022 a Petition was presented at the Court of Session by Peter John Morton, Gareth Robertson and Stewart McLaughlin Davis as Trustees of the ABE Pension Fund craving the Court that British Polar Engines Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with company number SC014560 and having its registered office at 133 Helen Street, Govan, Glasgow, G51 3HD, be wound up by the Court and interim liquidators appointed in which Petition, by Interlocutor dated 26 July 2022, Lord Clark appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service.
