A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Britannia Residential Properties Ltd (08166436) of 7 Bell Yard, London WC2A 2JR, previously of 263a Cricklewood Lane, London NW2 2JJ, 7 Bell Yard, London WC2A 2JR (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Management of real estate on a fee or contract basis, presented on Thursday 10 February 2022, at 10:00 by SUPER TRUMP HOLDINGS LIMITED, of Suite 21 Edwin Foden Business Centre, Moss Lane, Sandbach, Cheshire CW11 3AE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business & Property Courts of England & Wales, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 30 March 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
