At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at CVR Global LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD on 30 October 2018, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) of CVR Global LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD and Richard Toone (IP No. 9146) of CVR Global LLP, New Fetter Place West, 55 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1AA be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Liquidator may be done by one of them."
