A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at Enforcement House, 330 St James's Road, London, United Kingdom, SE1 5JX presented on the 25 July 2022 by COLLINS BROTHERS PEMBS LTD whose Registered Office is at Rose Valley, Lower Lamphey Road, Pembroke, SA71 5NJ claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 13th day of September 2022 at 10.00 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard).
