Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 21 January 2022, as a Special resolution and an Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Hugh Francis Jesseman (IP No. 9480) of Antony Batty & Company LLP, Unit F10, 1A Mills Way, Boscombe Down Business Park, Amesbury, SP4 7RX and Claire Howell (IP No. 23610) of Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Grays Inn, London, WC1R 5EF be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
