A Petition to wind up the above-named company BRIOCHE DOREE LIMITED (02021053) of C/O Browne Jacobson LLP, 6 Bevis Marks, London, EC3A 7BA, whose nature of business is 74990 – Non-trading company, presented on Friday 5 February 2021 by THE COMPANY, pursuant to a special resolution passed on 20 January 2021 for the Company to be wound up by the court in accordance with section 122(1)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986, will be heard at the Business and Property Court in England & Wales, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Friday 9 April 2021, at 11:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
