A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Brighouse Construction Limited (02927363) of 3 Hardman Street, Manchester M3 3HF, whose nature of business is General construction & civil engineer, presented on Monday 19 November 2018, at 10:00 by CRONOS ASSOCIATES LIMITED, of Spike Building, Manor House, Long Causeway, Leeds LS16 8EX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Manchester District Registry and Country Court, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 21 January 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
