A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Brigella Furnishing Limited (01107781) of 506 Kingsbury Road, London NW9 9HE, whose nature of business is To carry on all and any of the businesses of exporters of worsted cloth or of goods, materials or things of any kind, presented on Tuesday 03 December 2019, at 10:00 by CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL , of Britannia House, Hall Ings, Bradford BD1 1HX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts, Insolvency List (Ch), Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 03 February 2020, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
