Notice is hereby given that on 25 March 2019, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michelle Mills of Hudson Weir Limited, Third Floor, 112 Clerkendwell Road, London, EC1M 5SA be appointed as Joint Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."

It should be noted that whilst Michelle Mills of Hudson Weir Limited was appointed Liquidator of the Company via a resolution passed at the general meeting of the members, at the subsequent virtual meeting of creditors, the creditors elected to appoint Kelly Burton and Lisa Jane Hogg of Wilson Field Limited as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."
