A Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Falkirk (dealing with Kirkcaldy business) (Court Ref: FAL-L4-20) by Patricia Horne as the sole director of BRIDGES CLEANING & HYGIENE SERVICES LIMITED, having its registered office at Flexspace Business Centre, Mitchelston Drive, Kirkcaldy KY1 3NB BY (the "Company"), craving the Court, inter alia, that the Company (Reg. no. SC321913) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 8th April 2020 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Falkirk within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and meantime appointed Duncan Raggett, Insolvency Practitioner (SoS number 22796, Tel: 0131 357 6666) of Anderson, Anderson & Brown LLP, 1 Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QA, to be provisional liquidator of the Company with the powers specified in Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
