Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday 08 April 2020, at 09:00 a Petition was presented to Mundy at Falkirk Sheriff Court at Sheriff Court, Main Street, Falkirk FK1 4AR by PATRICIA HORNE, AS SOLE DIRECTOR, Mitchelston Drive, Mitchelston Industrial Estate, Kirkcaldy KY1 3NB (the Petitioner) craving the Court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up BRIDGES CLEANING & HYGIENE SERVICES LIMITED (Company Number: SC321913) having its registered office at Mitchelston Drive, Mitchelston Industrial Estate, Kirkcaldy KY1 3NB, in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated Wednesday 08 April 2020 appointed Notice of the import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette; ordained the said BRIDGES CLEANING & HYGIENE SERVICES LIMITED and any other persons interested, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Falkirk Sheriff Court at Sheriff Court, Main Street, Falkirk FK1 4AR within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
