Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.8 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the proposed joint liquidators have summoned a general meeting of the Company's creditors as requested by the creditors for the purpose of seeking a decision from creditors as to the appointment of a Liquidator and to agree their duties. The meeting will be held at The Celtic Manor Resort, The Coldra, Catsash, Newport NP18 1HQ on 19 July 2022 at 10:00am.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge proxies and hitherto unlodged proofs with Elizabeth Norcutt at Purnells, Unit 5a Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn, Cornwall TR10 9EP by no later than 4.00pm on 18 July 2022.
