At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Suite 9, River Court, 5 West Victoria Dock Road, Dundee, DD1 3JT on 29 July 2019 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Robert Craig, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Suite 9, River Court, 5 West Victoria Dock Road, Dundee, DD1 3JT, (IP Nos 008368 and 008584) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally.”
