Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 2 February 2022, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Meghan Andrews (IP No. 24110) and Stephen Paul Grant (IP No. 008929) both of Azets Holdings Limited, 2nd Floor, Regis House, 45 King William Street, London, EC4R 9AN be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Joint Liquidator may be done by all or any of the persons for the time being holding such office."
