Notice is hereby given that on 17 March 2016 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Clerk at Peterhead by the Director, craving the court, inter alia that Bridge (Painting & Decorating Contractors) Limited, having their Registered Office at Acumen House, Grange Road, Peterhead, be wound up by the Court and that Kenneth Robert Craig and Kenneth Wilson Pattullo, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Third Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP be appointed as joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff at Peterhead by Interlocutor dated 21 March 2016 appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Peterhead Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, Queen Street, Peterhead, Aberdeenshire AB42 1TP within eight days after Intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given,
