"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Richard Bailey (IP No. 18810) of Turpin Barker Armstrong, 5 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 6SD and Martin C Armstrong (IP No. 006212) of Turpin Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 4LA be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act either jointly or separately”
