“That it has been resolved by Special Resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Amie Johnson (IP No. 18570) of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham, B1 1QH be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
