Notice is hereby given that the following written resolutions were passed by the members on 17 December 2019 as a special resolution and ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Johannes Rupping (IP No. 16012) and Chris Williams (IP No. 008772) both of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up with authority to act either jointly or separately in all matters."
