Notice is hereby given that at a general meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened at Gibson Whitter, Parklands Business Park, Forest Road, Denmead, PO7 6XP on 9 April 2018 the following Special resolution and Ordinary Resolution were passed:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alexander Kinninmonth (IP No. 9019) and Duncan Robert Beat (IP No. 8161) both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 3TY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the Company, to act on a joint and several basis."
