Notice is hereby given that on 8 March 2017 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Forfar by JJKS Estates Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act (Company No. SC408193) and having its registered office at 15 Academy Street, Forfar, DD8 2HA craving the court that Brechin Collections Ltd formerly known as Hydrus Energy Ltd, a company registered under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC403283) and having its’ Registered Office at Coventry Gauge Estates, Eastmill Road, Brechin, Angus, DD9 7EP be wound up by the court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Geoffrey Isaac Jacobs, both insolvency practitioners of KPMG LLP, 37 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1JB be appointed as Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said company in which petition the Sheriff at Forfar by Interlocutor dated 9 March 2017 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Aberdeen within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement all of which notice is hereby given.
