Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 04 January 2017 as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Zalkin and Simon James Bonney, both of Quantuma LLP, Vernon House, 23 Sicilian Avenue, London, WC1A 2QS, (IP Nos: 18612 and 9379) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally.” At a subsequent meeting of Creditors, duly convened pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and held on 4 January 2017, the appointment of Paul Zalkin and Simon James Bonney was confirmed.
