A Petition to wind up the above named Company of 121 Livery Street, Birmingham, B3 1RS presented on 10 June 2021 by Npower Commercial Gas Limited, Windmill Hill Business Park, Whitehill Way, Swindon, SN5 6PB acting as a Petitioning Creditor of the Company will be heard in the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Companies’ Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 12 October 2022 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
