At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named company, duly convened and held at the offices of Wilmington Trust SP Services (London) Limited, Third Floor, 1 King's Arms Yard, London, EC2R 7AF on 16 January 2020 at 9.35 am, the following resolutions were duly passed as Special and Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Laughton (IP No. 6531) and Peter John Godfrey-Evans (IP No. 8794) both of Mercer & Hole, 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company to act either jointly or severally.”
