At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at the offices of SFP, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London E14 9XQ on 17 January 2019 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Daniel Plant of SFP, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London, E14 9XQ be, and he is hereby, appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the winding-up."

At a subsequent meeting held on 17 January 2019, the creditors appointed Ian Defty (IP No. 9245) and Adrian Hyde (IP No. 9664) both of CVR Global LLP, 20 Furnival Street, London, EC4A 1JQ as Joint Liquidators, and Daniel Plant was given his release."
