At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at the offices of 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Loughborough, LE12 7NN on 13 January 2020 the following resolutions were passed by the members as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Grahame Tailby (IP No. 9115) and Graham Stuart Wolloff (IP No. 8879) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Leicestershire, LE12 7NN be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
